Q. What payment methods are available
A. retailers use two of the most secure payment processors on the Internet for maximum security and privacy. Paypal account jewellery cufflinks holders have a Paypal option. They also accept Visa, Mastercard, most debit cards and Visa Electron, via our primary payment processor - Nochex. Should you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order this option is also available during checkout.
Q. When will my order be shipped?
A They ask to allow 21 days for all orders to be dispatched. However, most orders are shipped well before this with 5-7 days being more normal. If there is a problem that causes us to take more than the quoted 21 days we will usually contact you by email to inform you of the delay.
Q. I need my item for a certain date, can you get it to me on time?
A. If an item is required by a certain date we will always do our very best to get the item to you in plenty of time at no additional charge. Simply let us know in the comments box when you 'checkout'. If for any reason we are unable to do so we will let you know well before the date in question.
Q. Why do you not ship the next day?
A. They carry a very large range of jewellery and are a very busy site. To keep our prices as low as possible and our range as large as possible certain lines may not always be in stock on the day of ordering or we may simply be too busy to ship immediately (although often we can manage to do so). Ensuring stock at all times of every item or taking on, usually unrequired, extra staff would reduce shipping times, but increase our prices. Again, if you require an item quickly simply let us know during the checkout process in the box provided.
Q. You said that my order was shipped 48 hours ago but I still haven't received it!
A. Rest assured that if we say an order was shipped then indeed it was. Sadly the Royal Mail's service seems to be declining on an almost daily basis and a large chunk of first class mail no longer arrives the next day. In fact up to 7 days for delivery is not unknown. Whereas the majority of 1st class mail does indeed arrive the next day, 48 hours is common and as stated, 7 days is not unknown. If your item has not arrived after 7 days of despatch we will ship another item upon being notified. If this has happened on more than one occasion we will require a different shipping address i.e. one that is 'safe' to send stuff to as far too much post does go missing these days.
Q. My order has not arrived yet and I wish to cancel and be refunded. Can I do so?
A. Providing your item is not yet shipped then your order can be cancelled at any stage and a full refund issued within 7 days of the request (usually the same day although it may take 3-7 days to show on your card depending on your bank's policies). If the item has already been shipped, the package can be returned to us unopened for a refund. However, if the envelope/parcel has been opened or tampered with in any way we cannot accept it for a refund.
Q. Do you do have a printed catalogue available?
A. No, as above we aim to keep costs as low as possible to keep our prices down. Our range is available to view online only, via the website.
Q. Can I return an item that doesn't fit or doesn't look 'right'?
A. Unfortunately no, not unless an item is faulty. Health and Safety regulations prevent us from accepting returns on any intrusive jewellery unless a manufacturing fault is present.
Q. Can I order and pay over the telephone as I do not feel safe ordering online?
A. Unfortunately for the same reason that you are uncertain about ordering online we cannot accept telephone orders and payments. Giving your details to a stranger over the telephone can potentially be VERY unsafe. Ordering online via either of our processors is the safest and most secure way of paying to ensure that nobody has unauthorised access to your details.
